Cancel Your Order

You can cancel your order free of charge before it is dispatched, and we will refund your payment in full.

How to request a cancellation

• email contact@gemiddleton.shop, or call +44 161 872 8409.

Please include your order number and the email address used at checkout, and write “Cancel my order”. Messages sent through the form go to contact@gemiddleton.shop.

What happens next

1. We acknowledge your request by email.
2. If your order has not been dispatched, we cancel it and email you to confirm. Your order is only cancelled once you receive our confirmation.
3. We refund your payment in full to your original payment method. Your bank may take a few extra working days to show it.

If your order has already been dispatched

We may not be able to stop it once it is with Royal Mail, but you still have your legal right to cancel. When it arrives, return it under our Return and Refund Policy and we will refund you.

Your legal right to cancel

You can cancel from the moment you place your order until 14 days after delivery, without giving a reason, and our policy gives you 30 days. Just tell us clearly – you can use this page, email us, or use the model form below.
