These terms apply to your use of our website and to orders you place with us as a consumer. Please read them with our Shipping Policy, Payment Policy, Return and Refund Policy, Warranty Policy and Privacy Policy. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.
2. Products
We take care to describe and show products accurately. Images are for illustration and colours may look slightly different on your screen. Where a product has options (such as colour or storage), please check your selection before adding it to your basket.
3. Placing an order
When you place an order, we email you to confirm we have received it. The contract between us is formed when we email you to confirm your order has been dispatched. We may decline an order before then if an item is unavailable, there is an obvious error in the price or description, or we cannot verify your payment. If we do, we will tell you and refund you in full.
4. Prices
Prices are in pounds sterling (GBP). Standard UK delivery is free. If we find an obvious pricing error, we will contact you before dispatch and you can choose to continue at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
5. Payment
Payment is taken at checkout when you place your order, using the methods shown there. See our Payment Policy.
6. Delivery
We deliver to UK addresses only (not BFPO), free of charge, with Royal Mail Tracked 48. Processing takes 1–2 working days and delivery 2–3 working days after dispatch – an estimated 3–5 working days in total. These are estimates. If we do not deliver within 30 days of your order, unless we agree a later date, you may cancel for a full refund. Items are our responsibility until delivered. See our Shipping Policy.
7. Cancelling and returning
You can cancel free of charge before dispatch – see Cancel Your Order. You also have a legal right to cancel until 14 days after delivery, and our policy gives you 30 days from delivery to ask to return an item for any reason. Send the item back within 14 days of telling us. You pay return postage for change-of-mind returns; we pay for faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed items. See our Return and Refund Policy.
8. Faulty or misdescribed goods
We must supply goods that are of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are explained in our Warranty Policy.
9. Our responsibility to you
We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for loss or damage that is not foreseeable. We supply products for domestic and private use; if you use them for business purposes, we are not liable for loss of profit, business or business opportunity. We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for breach of your statutory rights. We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control; if this affects your order, you may cancel for a refund.
